Chai - A Blend of Spices
Our personal favourite drinks are Chai and Lattes. During the summer we love to hold large jars of individual spices so we can make up different lattes, that don't have to have coffee in them!
Some benefits of drinking Chai include improving digestion, reducing inflammation, boosting immunity, and more. Legend has it, that it dates back some 5,000 years ago when and Indian King blended spices together to make a cleansing, vivifying Ayurvedic beverage.
