All teas and tisanes are nonreturnable. Each batch we make enter strict controls and we are unable to accept any returns.

The answer is yes! We deliver locally every day in Guernsey, we are able to ship overseas, but all shipping costs and customs fees are the customers' responsibility. We will happily ship anywhere we are legally allowed to ship tea, we will get a quote based on your order and this will be included in your invoice.
