Mother’s Garden - Mother’s Day Tea - Limited Addition
Inspired by spring gardens around the island and the nurturing spirit of motherhood, Mother’s Garden is a vibrant fruit and flower infusion created especially for this coming Mother’s Day.
This bright, naturally caffeine-free blend combines strawberries, hibiscus, apple, elderberry and delicate rose with golden calendula petals a flower long treasured in traditional herbal apothecaries for its gentle beauty and if you know me I use it it everything!
The result is a cup filled with berry sweetness, soft floral notes and the colours of spring. Delicious served hot for a comforting moment, or chilled as a refreshing summer infusion, works great as an iced tea! Created in small batches just for this occasion, this limited blend is a simple way to celebrate the warmth, care and magic that mothers bring into the world.
Ingredients etc Hibiscus, apple pieces, elderberry, banana pieces, strawberry pieces, rose petals, calendula petals, natural flavour.
Hot tea heaped teaspoon of loose tea for every 250 ml a bit more if you like it stronger.
Pour freshly boiled water over tea and steep for 5-10 mins.
Iced tea 12 teaspoon into pot cover with 315 ml of boiling water leave to steep for 5-10 mins top up with cold water then strain onto jug and top up to make a liter with cold water and ice sweeten if you dare!
